Over the past few years, Jackie has grown what was originally a home-based business to two firms of 17 talented employees serving hundreds of customers due to her enterprising vision to serve her clients' needs. Jackie has used her creative abilities and forward thinking to build a company able to assist businesses and Mary Kay Sales Directors with simple, bold and powerful marketing strategies. She has a true passion to bring the entrepreneurial spirit alive in growing businesses through intelligent design and deliverables.

Jackie was recently nominated and featured as a Spotlight for the National Association of Professional Women for her role as an entrepreneur and owner of Encore Visions.

Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Jackie graduated from Texas A&M University in 2005 and 2006 with an undergraduate degree in Animal Science and a Master of Agribusiness, respectively. She now resides in Aspermont, Texas with her husband, Jason who is an area manager for Basic Energy Services, their oldest son Weston who was born in June of 2008 and are the proud parents of a new bundle of joy, Grant, who was born in August 2010.

 

 

Kristi has a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M University, and completed graduate coursework in the Tourism and Event Planning/Marketing field. During her time in school, she had the opportunity to work with the Dallas CVB and help with some behind the scenes aspects of Seminar. Kristi is originally from Waxahachie, Texas but now resides in College Station, Texas with her husband of five months, Tell.

In addition to Marketing and Animal Science background, Kristi's experience expands to Mary Kay as she was a Sales Director in the Cindy Williams National Area. She has been a consultant for seven years, and though she loves selling product and working as a consultant, she has found that her passion really lies in helping other women achieve their Mary Kay goals.

Kristi is the manager who oversees all aspects of the services we offer at Unit Visions and is passionate about helping Directors creative effective digital communication plans that will help them reach greater levels of success.

 

 

Katie is originally from Bulverde, Texas and grew up in Golden, Colorado. She graduated from Texas A&M University in May 2010 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing.

 

Katie is excited about her career in Unit Visions and looks forward to helping the company grow. She also enjoys learning something new about the Mary Kay business everyday and loves working with and for so many talented women in such a unique and innovative way.

Katie is one of the three women in our website maintenance department. She also contributes to our eblast creation and helps build many of our new websites.

 

 

Shelby graduated from Texas A&M University in May 2010 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing. She is also a newlywed, as she recently married her college sweetheart, Drew, in July 2010.

 

Shelby is excited to be a part of Unit Visions and has already enjoyed working with many of our Directors. She is looking forward to a successful future with this company and helping our customers be successful in their businesses.

Kathryn recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire with a Bachelor's Degree in Geography - International Studies. She recently married her college sweetheart, Chad, in Costa Rica, March 2011.

 

Kathryn is a new resident to Texas and is happy to be part of the Unit Visions team. She is grateful to work with other women her own age which has made it a little easier to find friends.

 

This is Kathyrn’s first job fresh out of college and it has been an exciting experience as she puts her skills to use. She looks forward to growing with the company and can’t wait to contribute her ideas in the future.

Unit Visions is extremely honored to have Lacy Short as a graphic designer on our team. Lacy's unique eye for design has made her an invaluable part of the team as she is able to create show-stopping materials that resonate with our clients.

Lacy grew up in Northwest Missouri and graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2006 with a degree in Agricultural Journalism. She previously worked at Iowa Farmer Today, a Lee AGRI-Media publication, serving in advertising production as a designer.

Lacy resides in Masonville, Iowa with her husband Kelly and sweet baby girl, Rylee Rose, who was born August 6, 2009. They own Monti West Black Cattle consisting of a small herd of approximately 20 cows.

 

 

Laura joins the Unit Visions team with great experience and a keen eye for design. Having served as the Art Director for the National Livestock Exhibitor magazine for the past 6 years, Laura’s experience is a huge asset to our design team.

Laura was raised in Pleasant Hill, Iowa. She graduated from Grand View University in 2004, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design and studied Fine Arts. In that same year, she married her husband, Josh Stewart. They now reside in Runnells, Iowa with step daughter, Sophie, and son, Alex.

 

 

In December 2010, Jamie Banbury joined the UV Team as a graphic designer based out of Danville, Ohio. Jamie graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in agricultural communications in 2009 and was employed previously as director of communications with the Ohio Pork Producers Council. She also spent five years working at Ohio’s Country Journal and Ohio Ag Net, one of the state’s largest agriculture news sources and radio networks.

 

 

Robyn grew up in west central Minnesota, actively involved in the livestock industry. She spent her youth raising and showing Hereford and Angus cattle in conjunction with her family farm. Her passion for agriculture lead her to South Dakota State University where she obtained a degree in Agricultural Journalism. Before joining Unit Visions, Robyn held positions as Marketing & Media Promotions Manager at the Clay County Fair and later served as Executive Director of the Iowa Sheep Industry Association. Additionally, she freelanced on various projects as a graphic designer.

Robyn currently resides in Conrad, Iowa with her husband Brad who works as an Ag and Commercial Loan Officer for MidwestOne Bank.
