In November 2005, Jackie founded Encore Visions, an advertising firm created predominately for those clients in the agricultural field. From that, Unit Visions was born after Jackie joined Mary Kay and became a future director in only a matter of a couple months. She felt her design talents and experience in print/web-based media could really help directors Multiply Their Time while still actively portraying who they are and the unit they represent.
No matter the career field in which you are involved – IMAGE is everything. Mary Kay promotes building an IMAGE for women on the inside and out. In addition, every director in Mary Kay has an IMAGE they want to convey through the unit they have worked so hard to build. Unit Visions was built in order to help directors portray that IMAGE on the web and in print media. First impressions are everything – so when a new recruit or customers go to your website or get that first piece of mail from you – they should think of you and who you are! Jackie wants every director to be able to have an incredible website that is uniquely theirs – not that looks like every other director’s site. Kristi Hozdulick
Vice President and Chief Project Manager
Kristi has a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M University, and complete graduate coursework in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Sciences with her emphasis in Tourism and Event Planning/Marketing.
Kristi has a great deal of knowledge in the area of strategic marketing that she gained while interning with the Dallas Convention and Visitors' Bureau. While working for the bureau she spent time researching media value, and how advertising translated to a dollar value return for the organization. Her knowledge also expands to the area of niche markets, and how best to create campaigns and organize websites that will most effectively target such markets. She even got a chance to do behind the scenes work for Seminar 2006.
In addition to marketing, Kristi's experience expands to Mary Kay as she was a Sales Director in the Cindy Williams National Area. She has been a consultant for three years, and though she loves selling product and working as a consultant, she has found that her passion really lies in helping other women achieve their Mary Kay goals.
Ali Hawley
Website Project Manager
Originally from southeast Houston, Texas, Ali graduated from Texas A&M University in December 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and a minor in Business. After graduation, Ali wanted to pursue a job that was not only challenging and engaging but that allowed her to be creative. Unit Visions was the perfect fit! She enjoys learning something new about the Mary Kay business everyday and working with women who are passionate about what they do.
Katie Macey
Project Manager
Katie is currently a senior at Texas A&M University and is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing. She plans to expand on her creative talent in Graduate School and hopes to have a marketing centered career one day. Katie is really excited to be a part of the Unit Visions family and to have a chance to work with and for so many talented women in such a unique and innovative way.
Katie Fritz
Project Manager
Raised in the small town of Fredericksburg, Texas, Katie is currently a first year student at Texas A&M University. With an agricultural background and interest in animal medicine, majoring in Animal Science was an easy choice for Katie! She plans on graduating in the spring of 2012 to pursue a career as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for small animals.
