Q: What is the benefit of having a customized website?

A: While a Unit Visions template provides great organization and a clean look, a customized site is built with YOU in mind. This site will convey who you are, what your unit represents and give your new recruits, customers and seasoned consultants a clear picture of your unit's culture. While we all represent the same great company - we all run our businesses differently and your site should convey that.



Q: How long does it take to build a website?

A: After receiving a signed contractit takes approximately 10-14 business days for Unit Visions to develop a preliminary design proof. Upon approval of the proof and receipt of all website content, the development phase takes 10-14 business days.



Q: Do I have to update my website?

A: Unit Visions takes care of all of the website updates. You just email us all of the information that you would like added or taken off by noon on your update to updates@unitvisions.com.



Q: How often can I have my website updated?

A: Website updates are determined by the package that you select. The Sapphire Package comes with one monthly update, the Ruby Package comes with two monthly updates and the Emerald Package comes with weekly updates. Q: What is the best way to send you my pictures and content?

A: You can send your content and pictures to us by mail at Unit Visions, 3608 E. 29th St., Suite 209, Bryan, Texas 77802 or via email at updates@unitvisions.com. They can be sent in any format, we just ask that they are properly labeled and include information about where they need to be placed on your website if necessary.



Q: What is web-based email?

A: Web-based email is an email account that can be accessed from the internet. These accounts can be used in conjunction with Microsoft Outlook and other email programs. They can also be forwarded to existing email accounts.



Q: What is formmail?

A: Formmail is a questionaire or form on your website that sends the results directly to your email. Examples of ways that formmail can be used are for questionaires about the Mary Kay Opporunity, a contact form, or a form for consultants to fill out when they win a prize from you.



Q: How long does it take to create a newsletter?

A: We ask that you allow one month to create your new newsletter. If we receive your request by the 5th of the current month we can have a newsletter ready to be mailed at the beginning of the following month. All requests received after the 5th will require an additional month to prepare. Of course, as with any of our designs, if we can get it done sooner we will!
