We are super excited to announce that we have officially moved in to our new office!

We want to say a huge THANK YOU to all of our customers, cheerleaders, & friends. It is your continued support that has helped make Unit Visions a success and has allowed us to grow and make changes such as the new office. We could not do this without you, and we appreciate you more than we could ever express!

In the process of moving and changing, we also got to be VERY CREATIVE in the design of our office! Watch upcoming blogs for some of our ideas along with ways that you can incorporate them into your own office.

At Unit Visions, we have always been very committed to providing high quality services and products that will not only benefit our Sales Directors but that will help enhance their units. The biggest obstacle we have faced is how to stay in constant contact with our directors and get the best feedback so that we can add new services and implement changes as they are needed.

With the explosion of Facebook, we now feel that we have found the tool we have been looking for! Unit Visions has set up a fan page on Facebook (you can find us by searching Unit Visions in the main search bar) that we hope will keep us connected better than ever.

Our Fan Page is a place where we can display some of the latest things we are doing, and where you can leave us message, comments, and questions about our services. We love your feedback and hope that you will find this tool as exciting as we do!

So… have you tried the new Mary Kay Virtual Makeover? We heard so many great things about it through our fabulous Directors and wanted to try it out for ourselves. This is such a great selling tool! It made me want to buy all the products I used… especially since I could see what colors worked for me and what didn’t! Not to mention, it fills the compact for you with all the colors you choose! How easy is that?!?

We are brave for letting you see our “before” pictures, huh? Good thing they are small! That’s me on the left and Jessica on the right.

Unit Visions is SO happy to welcome National Sales Director, Sherry Alexander to our family!! Sherry has been working with Unit Visions to develop both her Unit and Area newsletters. Sherry wasn’t quite sure what she wanted in terms of design when she called, so she just let our imaginations run wild, and I feel as though we came up with something modern and chic that still maintained that Floridian vibe!! Sherry has been a joy to work with and we certainly look forward to watching her National Area flourish with excitment and motivation as they wish for their names and pictures to be published in the newsletter each month!

Kristi and I and the entire staff at Unit Visions are SO EXCITED to introduce our new website and our NEW BLOG to all of our current Unit Visions family and fans! We hope this blog will serve as a tool, not only to keep you in direct contact with us, but as a way we can bring you the latest on who has joined our family, great promotions for your unit and ways that you can use your website and print materials to rally your team to achieve an overall goal. 

Unit Visions has the awesome opportunity to work with so many key directors in every seminar in Mary Kay. Because of this, we hear and learn about some of the greatest promotions and ideas that we would love to share with each of you to take as you wish and either choose to implement in your unit or not.  We are, and will always continue to be, strong believers that you should only preach what you teach.  We ONLY recommend including training, promos and recognition on your site and print materials that YOU actually practice that way you are up to speed on what your consultants and directors are doing.  That, however, does not mean that you can’t be open minded to what others are doing to generate momentum (especially in these last crucial months before seminar).  Just make sure that if you do use others’ ideas, that they make sense for YOUR UNIT and that you will implement them properly. 

With that said, we certainly hope that you will enjoy tuning in to the UV Blog frequently! Please feel free to leave us comments on topics that you would like us to address, marketing ideas that work for you, all of the wonderful things happening in your unit — anything at all! We want this to be an Online community for YOU and are so excited to get started.
